The best doctor in the surgery, Helen takes time to listen to what you say and then talks you through what is going to happen next in terms that you can understand. Helen is very polite and great at making you feel at ease and comfortable, when Helen came out on a home visit to see my mum she said that mum had to go to hospital and the ambulance would be 5mins it seemed more like 2mins Helen also explained everything that was going on with mum. Helen also explained why my medication had changed after my heart surgery. And why I have to have a course of injections in to my spine. I saw Helen on the 18th December 2014 and she made me an appointment for the 31stDec2014 to she her again. I cannot thank Helen enough for what she has done for me and my family.

Dr McGettigan was very thorough and understanding and explained every aspect of my complaint in language that could be understood. She listened to what I had to say and explained different ways I could help with my complaint. I did not feel as though I was on a conveyor belt, the consultation was not rushed or hurried in any way. All in all she was kind, compassionate and understanding.
